How to Claim the Warranty
To claim the lifetime warranty for your Bodypack bag, start by clicking the Google Form link on Bodypack Lifetime Warranty Page. Fill in your personal details and upload a photo of your damaged Bodypack product, ensuring the damaged area is clearly visible.
Once you've submitted the form, our repair admin team will get back to you within two business days via email or WhatsApp. We’ll let you know if your product can be repaired.
If it’s repairable, you’ll receive a document via email. Simply download it and follow the instructions to send your bag to us for repair.
How to Send the Product for Repair
To send your Bodypack product for repair, start by packing it securely. Be sure to include your claim ID, the document you downloaded, and affix the shipping label on the outside of the package.
Avoid using a cardboard box; instead, opt for plastic packaging. Ensure the bag is clean to facilitate the repair process, and mark any damaged areas to help us identify the issues.
The repair typically takes between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the queue. Our repair admin team will notify you directly once the repair is complete.
