BODYPACK INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Draft for the Bodypack international website | Last updated: 27 August 2026
Welcome to the official Bodypack international website.
This website is owned and operated by PT Dua Puluh Tiga. In these Terms and Conditions, “Bodypack”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to PT Dua Puluh Tiga.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website, account creation, product purchases, payments, international delivery, returns, promotions, and other services made available through the Bodypack international website.
By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the mandatory laws applicable to you.
1. Bodypack Information
The website and services are operated by:
PT Dua Puluh Tiga Jl. Kopo Bihbul Raya No. 68, Sayati, Margahayu, Bandung Regency, West Java 40228, Indonesia Email: connect@bodypack.com WhatsApp Customer Service: +62 811-1182-6362 Customer Service hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 Western Indonesian Time (WIB / UTC+7)
2. Eligibility
To create an account or place an order, you must:
1. have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you;
2. provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date;
3. use the website only for lawful purposes; and
4. obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian if required by the laws applicable to you.
Bodypack may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, security risk, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3. User Accounts
You may purchase products as a registered customer or through any other checkout method made available on the website.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
1. keeping your login credentials and password confidential;
2. keeping your account information accurate and current;
3. not allowing unauthorized persons to access your account; and
4. contacting Bodypack promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access or activity.
Activity carried out through your account may be treated as activity authorized by you unless there is evidence of unauthorized use outside your reasonable control. Bodypack may suspend or close an account where there is suspected misuse, fraud, suspicious transactions, or a security breach.
4. Product Information
Bodypack aims to present product information accurately, including product name, function, material, colour, size, dimensions, capacity, price, and availability.
Actual colours or product details may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, editing, production processes, material characteristics, or reasonable product updates. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s principal function are not automatically considered defects.
Compatibility information, including laptop, device, bottle, or other capacity references, is provided as an estimate based on the stated dimensions. Customers are responsible for checking dimensions and suitability before placing an order.
Bodypack may make reasonable updates to materials, packaging, features, or specifications provided that such changes do not materially reduce the main function of the product.
5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Exchange Rates
Prices displayed on the international website are shown in United States Dollars (USD) for browsing and product comparison purposes.
At checkout, the order amount will be converted into Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The final IDR amount shown at checkout is calculated using the exchange rate applied by Bodypack’s checkout and/or payment system at the time of the transaction. The customer will be shown the IDR amount before confirming payment.
Because exchange rates may change, the USD amount displayed while browsing may not exactly match the value ultimately charged after conversion. PayPal, the customer’s card issuer, bank, or other payment provider may also apply its own exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, or other charges. Such third-party charges are outside Bodypack’s control.
Product prices may exclude import duties, customs charges, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, or other taxes imposed in the destination country unless the website or checkout expressly states that such charges are included or collected in advance.
Shipping costs, payment-related charges, discounts, and any taxes collected by Bodypack will be displayed before the customer completes the order where reasonably possible.
Bodypack takes reasonable steps to ensure pricing is accurate. If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, Bodypack may contact the customer to confirm the correct price or cancel the affected order and refund any payment already received. Bodypack will not charge a corrected price without the customer’s agreement.
Prices on the international website may differ from prices offered in Indonesian stores, marketplaces, resellers, corporate channels, or other sales channels due to region, promotions, taxes, exchange rates, and operating costs.
6. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not reserve the product.
Stock availability may change between checkout and order processing. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, Bodypack may, subject to the customer’s agreement and applicable law:
1. offer a substitute product;
2. ship the available portion of the order and refund the unavailable item;
3. provide a full or partial refund; or
4. offer store credit or a voucher only where the customer agrees to receive it.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted by Bodypack only after payment has been successfully verified, stock has been confirmed, and Bodypack issues an order-processing or shipment confirmation. An automated order acknowledgement does not by itself constitute final acceptance if payment cannot be verified or stock is unavailable.
Bodypack may reject or cancel an order where:
1. payment fails or cannot be verified;
2. the product is unavailable;
3. there is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
4. the shipping address is incomplete, invalid, restricted, or cannot be served;
5. the transaction is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or to misuse a promotion; or
6. other circumstances make fulfilment unlawful or reasonably impracticable.
If Bodypack cancels an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded in accordance with the applicable refund procedure and mandatory law.
8. Payment Methods
The payment methods available for the international website are displayed at checkout and may include:
• PayPal; and
• credit or debit cards processed through Midtrans.
Payment transactions may be processed by PayPal, Midtrans, participating banks, card networks, or other authorized payment service providers involved in completing the transaction.
Customers must complete payment within the time limit displayed at checkout or in the payment instructions. An unpaid order may be cancelled automatically after that period.
Bodypack does not directly store complete payment-card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, or one-time passwords. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its own security and privacy terms.
A payment provider, card issuer, or bank may decline a transaction or charge currency-conversion, cross-border, or other fees. Bodypack does not control these third-party charges.
9. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
Bodypack may carry out reasonable checks to protect customers and Bodypack from unauthorized transactions, fraud, and misuse.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify identity, payment, shipping information, or account ownership. Bodypack may delay, reject, or cancel a transaction if the information cannot be verified or if there is a reasonable indication of unauthorized or fraudulent activity.
10. International Shipping and Delivery
Bodypack ships to countries and territories supported by the delivery options made available on the international website. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain destinations or products.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, product weight or dimensions, shipping method, customs processing, and the policies of the logistics provider.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, internal or logistics-provider operations, Bodypack office or warehouse operating hours, customs inspection, weather, natural disasters, public holidays, transport disruptions, government restrictions, incorrect address information, force majeure, or other circumstances outside Bodypack’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, telephone number, address, postal code, and any delivery instructions. Reasonable costs caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable recipient, refusal of delivery, or repeated delivery attempts may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, sales taxes, or similar charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Bodypack.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer, subject to any mandatory consumer law that provides otherwise.
11. Inspection of Your Order
Customers should inspect the parcel and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, is incomplete, or is different from the item ordered, customers should contact Bodypack Customer Service as soon as possible and preferably within 14 calendar days after delivery so that the issue can be investigated promptly.
A claim should, where reasonably available, include:
1. the order number;
2. photos or video showing the condition of the parcel;
3. a photo of the shipping label;
4. photos or video showing the product and the issue; and
5. a brief description of the problem.
Bodypack may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the claim. The suggested reporting period above does not remove any mandatory statutory right that applies for a longer period.
12. International Returns and Refunds
For purchases made through the Bodypack international website, Bodypack’s voluntary return service is limited to products that are defective, damaged on arrival or in transit, materially different from the product description, or incorrectly shipped by Bodypack, including an incorrect product, size, or colour.
Bodypack does not generally offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, colour preference, or other personal preference. However, if mandatory consumer law in the customer’s country gives the customer a statutory cooling-off, withdrawal, cancellation, refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy that cannot be excluded by contract, that legal right will apply notwithstanding this voluntary return policy.
To request a return, customers must contact Bodypack Customer Service and provide the order number or proof of purchase, contact information, photographs of the product and relevant labels or tags, and other reasonable supporting information. Bodypack may request an unboxing video or additional evidence where reasonably necessary to investigate the claim, but such evidence will not be treated as the sole condition for exercising a mandatory statutory right.
Where a return is approved, Bodypack will provide return instructions. The product should be returned with its original components, accessories, and packaging where reasonably possible. For products returned because of a verified defect, transit damage, or Bodypack shipping error, reasonable return-shipping costs will be borne or reimbursed by Bodypack in accordance with the return instructions and applicable law.
After the returned item has been received and assessed, Bodypack may provide a refund, replacement, or another remedy agreed with the customer and permitted by applicable law. If a replacement item is unavailable, Bodypack may provide a refund. A voucher or store credit will only be used as the sole remedy if the customer agrees or where permitted by applicable law.
For refunds processed by Bodypack, we aim to initiate the refund within 14 business days after the returned product has been received and the claim has been approved, unless a shorter timeframe is required by applicable law. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on PayPal, Midtrans, the card issuer, or the customer’s bank.
Original international shipping charges, import duties, taxes, customs fees, and third-party currency-conversion charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from Bodypack’s error, the relevant authority or provider allows a refund, or applicable law requires otherwise.
13. No Lifetime Warranty for International Website Purchases
Bodypack’s Lifetime Warranty program does not apply to products purchased through the Bodypack international website.
International website purchases are supported through the return and remedy process described in Section 12 for eligible defective, damaged, materially misdescribed, or incorrectly shipped products, together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
The exclusion of Bodypack’s voluntary Lifetime Warranty does not exclude or reduce any statutory guarantee, legal warranty, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable local law.
14. Corporate Orders
Bodypack may offer Corporate Order services to companies, organizations, and institutions for ready-stock products, logo application, or fully customized products, subject to separate availability and written agreement.
Corporate customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order information, including quantities, product specifications, sizes, colours, artwork, logos, placement, and other customization requirements. Once specifications or artwork have been approved and production has begun, changes or cancellation may be restricted or subject to additional costs depending on the production stage.
Bodypack is responsible for supplying the agreed quantity and specifications, including approved logo or personalization requirements, and for carrying out reasonable checks before shipment. Bodypack will inform the corporate customer of material stock, production, or schedule changes that may affect the order.
Pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, production timelines, shipping, taxes, customs obligations, and after-sales terms for international Corporate Orders will be governed by the applicable quotation, purchase order, invoice, or separate written agreement. Bodypack’s standard Lifetime Warranty does not apply to international Corporate Orders unless expressly agreed in writing.
15. Promotions, Vouchers, and Discounts
Bodypack may offer promotions, discounts, vouchers, bundles, giveaways, or other special programs from time to time. Each promotion may be subject to specific conditions relating to period, participating products, minimum spend, quantity limits, eligible countries or regions, payment method, customer eligibility, and usage limits.
Unless otherwise stated:
1. a promotional code may be limited to one use per transaction or customer;
2. promotions may not be combined;
3. promotions are subject to stock and allocation limits;
4. promotional value cannot be redeemed for cash;
5. promotions do not apply retrospectively to completed transactions;
6. expired vouchers will not be extended; and
7. personal promotional codes may not be transferred.
Bodypack may cancel or refuse promotional benefits where there is reasonable evidence of manipulation, duplicate accounts, fictitious transactions, automated abuse, or other improper use.
If an obvious technical or system error applies a discount or voucher incorrectly, Bodypack may correct or cancel the affected order and refund amounts paid, subject to applicable law.
Where part of a promotional order is validly returned, any refund may be calculated using the net price paid for the returned item after allocation of discounts. Bodypack may change or end a promotion while continuing to honour already accepted orders and mandatory consumer rights.
16. Giveaways and Social Media Competitions
Any giveaway or competition organized by Bodypack will be subject to the terms stated in the relevant post, webpage, or promotional material, including eligibility, age, residence, entry period, and participation requirements.
Bodypack may disqualify entries that use false information, fake or automated accounts, manipulated engagement, infringe third-party rights, or otherwise fail to meet the applicable competition rules. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
By participating, entrants may grant Bodypack permission to display their name, social-media handle, city, and submitted materials for winner announcements and campaign documentation, subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and law.
17. Intellectual Property
All materials on the website, including the Bodypack name and trademarks, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, text, illustrations, graphics, catalogues, website layout, and campaign materials, are owned by or lawfully used by Bodypack.
Users are granted a limited right to access the website and use its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Without Bodypack’s prior written permission, users must not:
1. copy, republish, or distribute website content;
2. use content for commercial purposes;
3. modify or create derivative works;
4. use Bodypack trademarks as a business name, domain, or account name;
5. scrape or automatically extract data from the website;
6. reverse engineer the website or its systems; or
7. use Bodypack materials in a misleading, unlawful, or harmful manner.
18. Reviews and User Content
Users may submit reviews and comments through the channels provided. Reviews successfully submitted through the product-review function may be displayed on the relevant product detail page, subject to moderation and technical availability.
By submitting content, the user represents that the content is based on a genuine experience, the user has the right to submit it, it does not infringe third-party rights, and it does not contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or harmful material.
The user grants Bodypack permission to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and share submitted content for website operations, customer service, marketing, and brand communications, subject to applicable law and the user’s rights.
Bodypack may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law and is not required to publish every review submitted.
19. Prohibited Use
Users must not use the website to:
1. engage in unlawful activity;
2. introduce viruses or malicious code;
3. attempt unauthorized access;
4. interfere with the security or performance of the website;
5. scrape or extract data without authorization;
6. carry out fraudulent or fictitious transactions;
7. misuse promotions, vouchers, or loyalty programs;
8. impersonate another person;
9. collect personal data about other users without lawful authority; or
10. infringe Bodypack’s or another party’s intellectual-property rights.
20. Privacy and Personal Data
The collection, use, storage, disclosure, transfer, and protection of personal data are governed by the Bodypack Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Bodypack may use third-party providers for payments, international shipping, hosting, analytics, communications, marketing, fraud prevention, security, and other technology services. Personal data may be processed by these providers only to the extent necessary for the relevant services and in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
Because the international website serves customers in multiple jurisdictions, personal data may be transferred or processed across national borders in accordance with the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy and any mandatory data-protection law applicable to the relevant processing.
21. Website and Payment Security
Bodypack applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect the website, accounts, transactions, and user data. No electronic system or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely free from security risk.
Users are responsible for keeping their devices, networks, email accounts, telephone numbers, passwords, one-time passwords, and other authentication information secure.
Bodypack will not ask customers to disclose passwords, PINs, CVV/CVC codes, or one-time passwords through unofficial private messages.
22. Third-Party Links and Services
The website may contain links, features, or services provided by third parties, including payment providers, logistics providers, social-media platforms, and other technology services. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Bodypack does not control independent third-party websites or services and is not responsible for acts or omissions outside Bodypack’s reasonable control. This does not limit Bodypack’s responsibility for service providers directly appointed by Bodypack where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Website Availability
Bodypack aims to keep the website secure and operational. Access may occasionally be suspended for maintenance, updates, repairs, network disruption, security measures, or other operational reasons.
Bodypack does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every website feature but will take reasonable steps to restore services when practicable.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bodypack will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and that arise from:
1. use of the website in breach of these Terms;
2. the user’s error or negligence;
3. service interruptions caused by independent third parties;
4. unauthorized account access resulting from the user’s failure to keep credentials secure; or
5. events outside Bodypack’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory rights relating to product conformity, faulty goods, refunds, personal injury, fraud, or other protected matters where applicable.
25. Force Majeure
Bodypack will not be treated as in breach of these Terms for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, transport disruption, customs disruption, payment-system failure, network outage, government action, labour disruption, or similar events.
Bodypack will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact of such events and resume performance when reasonably possible.
26. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Bodypack may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, business processes, technology, payment or delivery arrangements, or applicable law.
The latest version will be made available on the website together with its effective or last-updated date. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated through a reasonable method where required.
Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed by the parties.
27. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to a customer and cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
If a complaint or dispute arises, the customer and Bodypack will first attempt to resolve it in good faith through Customer Service and reasonable communication.
If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from using a local court, regulator, ombudsman, or alternative dispute-resolution mechanism where a mandatory law gives the consumer that right.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. The affected provision will be interpreted or adjusted only to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable while preserving its intended purpose as far as possible.
