What is Hyrox?

Hyrox is a global fitness competition based on a "hybrid race" concept that combines two main elements: running (endurance) and functional workouts (strength & conditioning). Founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 2017 by Moritz Fürste and Christian Toetzke, it was designed as the "fitness race for everybody"—accessible to both casual gym-goers and elite athletes.

The Iconic Race Format

The brilliance of Hyrox lies in its global standardization. No matter where you compete, the challenge remains the same: a 1 km run followed by 1 workout station, repeated 8 times.

The total 8 km run covers these 8 official stations:

4. Burpee Broad Jump
5. Rowing (1000 m)
6. Farmer’s Carry

Indonesia has officially joined the Hyrox global expansion map. This is the most anticipated update for the hyrox indonesia community.

• Ticket Price Estimates: * Open: ± IDR 1.2 – 1.8 Million
  • Pro: ± IDR 1.8 – 2.5 Million
  • Doubles: ± IDR 1.5 – 2 Million per person
  • Relay: More affordable per team member.

Public sales usually open months in advance (around March 2026). Due to high demand, Open and Doubles categories often sell out very quickly.

Training in Indonesia

While Indonesia is still an emerging market, many hyrox gyms in Jakarta and other major cities have begun adapting hyrox training programs.
